At Champagne Era, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your order, please reach out to us at hello@champagneera.com within 14 days of the receipt of your item, and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the specified 14-day period. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with all necessary instructions.

Exceptions:

Sale Items: Unfortunately, items purchased on sale are non-refundable. Please consider this before making your purchase.
Personalised or Bespoke Items: As these items are crafted specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

Return Requirements: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
